The Plantronic Headset is available to work as an Add-on to the D-Term phones supplied with Simpli-Business. The Plantronic headsets will only handle 1 call at a time from the D-Term phone and cannot transfer calls back across to other IPKII extensions. The AP(R)-R and AC-2R Elements are also required to add to enable the D-Term phone functionality.

Site-to-Site utilizes the Packet Voice Application (PVA) card for the IPK II as well as enhances the Deltacom Data connection by enabling an MPLS connection between locations and a shared 1M Secure IP connection, which may be expanded upon a customer request for an additional MRC. Four call paths are included with the base package. Additional call paths may be purchased in 4 port increments, for a maximum of 24 ports per PVA card.
